Group Personal Accident
We will never know when an accident might occur. Group Personal Accident (GPA) is designed to provide financial assistance to the insured member and his/her family in the event of death or bodily injury due to accident.
GPA offers the following benefits:
Accidental Death
Coverage for loss of life.
Accidental Disability
Pays benefit, as stated in the Schedule of Indemnities, for disability or loss as a result of an injury.
Total Permanent Disability
Provides the insured member financial care in the event of a total and permanent disability brought upon by an accident. This shall be paid in installment basis.
Accidental Medical Reimbursement
Coverage, via reimbursement, for medical treatments received relative to an accident.
Daily Hospital Income
Benefit amount for each day, up to 31 days, of hospital confinement caused by an accident.
Burial Expense
Assistance to help cover funeral expense for the loss of life due to an accident.
