- Know more of your insurance benefits

- Contact us for your medical needs; We will give you a Letter of Authority (LOA) for your health check-ups
- Submit and track your reimbursements for your medical bills
- See the nearest health care provider to you
- Take note of your doctor’s advice
- Set an alarm to remind you to take your medicines or vitamins

- Be free from stress; Any call to a doctor will not affect your insurance benefit
- Get an unlimited medical advice for any health concerns you may have

GenPortal is a web service to help you manage your employees’ benefits. You as a HR or intermediary partner may:
- Get access to our services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Enroll your employees right away in your insurance plan
- Make your employees secure by enrolling their beneficiary/ies in their insurance plan
- Make sure your company’s insurance plan is active by posting your payment
Access GenPortal by clicking on ‘Log In’ at the upper corner of this website and choose ‘As an HR’.


What is GENNETWORK?
GenNetwork is a web and mobile application to assist you in managing Generali members Letter of Authority (LOA) requests. You as a health care provider may:
- Get to access our services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Easily request for or validate an LOA; No need to call us
