The Human Safety Net, together with ChildFunds Philippines, aims to empower and nurture students’ holistic development through the Human Safety Net Global Challenge 2023.
Education is the key to unlocking a better future for young learners, yet many pupils struggle with issues that impede their development. The Human Safety Net Global Challenge 2023 was put on by The Human Safety Net Philippines, which main aim was to improve people’s lives. In collaboration with ChildFund Philippines, this transformative initiative sought to empower students and foster wellness at Bagong Barangay Elementary School through the power of arts, crafts, and sports.
Building a Supportive Environment
A key component of our commitment to assisting local communities and advancing education is The Human Safety Net Global Challenge 2023. We collaborated with the prominent international non-governmental organization ChildFund Philippines.
The objective of this challenge was to lower absenteeism and improve the general well-being of the student community. The challenge strived to establish a caring environment where kids can grow intellectually and personally through engaging arts and crafts activities and sports programs. The effort was aimed at motivating students to routinely attend class and take an active part in their education by addressing students’ physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
The Functions of ChildFund Philippines and The Human Safety Net
In collaboration with ChildFund Philippines, The Human Safety Net, together with the Employee Resource Group, lead the annual Global Challenge. THSN decided to start a fundraising effort to sponsor Bagong Barangay Elementary School pupils by setting up a friendly bowling match at Conrado Lane, Star Mall EDSA, Shaw Blvd., Mandaluyong City. This campaign drive was initiated to help fund the school’s implementation of arts, crafts, and sports activities. If you are a willing contributor, you can still donate directly to:
