Makati City, Philippines — November 2025. Generali Philippines has partnered with Dr. Care Animal Bite Center to make animal bite care more accessible for its members. The partnership was formalized during a contract signing held at the Generali Philippines head office in Makati.

The event brought together leaders from both organizations. The signing was led by Dr. Charlotte Reyes, Chief Operations Officer of Generali Philippines, and Dr. Marianne Lopez, Medical Director. Later in the program, Ms. Noemi Azura, President and CEO of Generali Philippines, joined the group to show her support for the partnership and its importance to member care.
From Dr. Care Animal Bite Center, the agreement was signed by Dr. Mark B. Mendoza, CEO and President, and Ms. Princess Karren L. Mendoza, COO and Vice President.

Teams from both organizations also attended the event, including representatives from operations, medical services, provider relations, claims, administration, HMO relations, marketing, and multimedia.
During the ceremony, Dr. Charlotte Reyes shared that animal bite cases continue to increase across the Philippines and stressed the need for fast and proper care. She said the partnership allows Generali Philippines to give members quicker access to safe bite treatment when it matters most.

Dr. Mark B. Mendoza also noted that the country records millions of animal bite incidents every year, many involving children. He said the partnership will help more families receive the right treatment and guidance as soon as a bite happens.
Starting this December, Generali Philippines members will be able to access Dr. Care Animal Bite Center’s clinics for rabies shots, wound care, and bite management. This supports Generali’s goal to give members reliable and timely care for cases that require immediate attention.
Dr. Care Animal Bite Center provides:
• Rabies vaccination and post-exposure treatment
• Proper wound assessment
• Medical guidance for bite and scratch cases
• Clinics with trained and experienced staff
Both organizations will work together to make the experience easier for members through close coordination between Generali’s Provider Relations and Claims teams and Dr. Care’s operations group.

Generali Philippines and Dr. Care Animal Bite Center will continue working together to give members safe, reliable, and easy access to animal bite care. More updates, including clinic locations, will be shared through Generali Philippines’ official channels.
